The lecture emphasizes on the importance of Group Discussion as an effective and time-efficient tool of identifying and selecting a natural leader, and proposes that a right attitude, involving co-ordination, co-operation and courtesy leads one to succeed in a Group Discussion, and that in order to inculcate a winning attitude, one must pay due attention to non-verbal along with the verbal cues, involving body language and appearance. Thus, the lecture identifies various aspects of body language that are considered appropriate for emerging successfully in a group discussion.
