This lecture focuses on the significance of effective communication. Conceding that an effective communicator is a natural leader, it proceeds to introduce the models of communication process, all the while enumerating the principles of effective communication, and suggesting ways to enhance one’s verbal and non-verbal communication skills, in order to emerge as a successful communicator—one who is able to not only effectively and clearly express one’s idea, but also elicit desired response.
